What is a ribbon printer?

A ribbon printer prints text on satin ribbon with heat and printing foil. The result is a clean, shiny print in gold, silver or black. It is the standard tool for wreath ribbons, mourning ribbons and funeral ribbons.

Easy to use with Windows and Word

The printer connects to your Windows PC with a USB cable. You print directly from Microsoft Word. Most people already know Word, so training is short. Windows 10 and 11 are supported. Mac is not supported. Word is not included, so you need your own licence.

Ribbons for the printer

The printer works with our SoftPoly satin ribbons from 25 mm to 125 mm width. The 15 mm ribbon is not suitable for printing.

Printing foil in gold, silver and black

The printer uses 110 mm wide printing foil:

• Super gold foil, 110 mm x 50 m
• Super silver foil, 110 mm x 50 m
• Black foil, 110 mm x 91 m
