Complaints and Returns
Any defects or issues with deliveries from DANSK BAANDTRYK must be reported within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. You are obligated to specify and, upon request, demonstrate the nature of the defect or issue. If you notice a defect, please contact Dansk Baandtryk promptly. Items must be cleaned before filing a complaint; otherwise, the complaint will not be processed.
You may generally only make a complaint regarding defects that appear within one year from the delivery date. For goods with limited durability, the complaint period is restricted to the durability period provided by Dansk Baandtryk.
Warranty for Tablets and Printers
We provide a 12-month warranty from the delivery date on all tablets and printers purchased from Dansk Baandtryk. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not apply if:

The tablet or printer is used for purposes other than specified in the instruction manual.

The tablet is used for installing unauthorized programs or accessing the internet, as it is solely intended as an accessory for the GX12 printer.

The product has been subjected to misuse, unauthorized repairs, physical damage, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim for a tablet or printer within the warranty period, contact us via our Help & Support section (link). Please provide the product’s serial number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the problem. The product must be returned cleaned for the complaint to be processed.
This warranty does not affect separately agreed service terms.

Product Information
We reserve the right for errors and changes in information on the website, brochures, and other sales materials. We also disclaim responsibility for incorrect images. Errors and changes cannot be enforced against DANSK BAANDTRYK.
We reserve the right for price changes, currency fluctuations, tax changes, and out-of-stock items.
Limitation of Liability
Any claims for compensation against DANSK BAANDTRYK will be determined according to Danish law on damages.
DANSK BAANDTRYK is not liable for loss of business, profit loss, or other indirect or consequential damages unless otherwise required under Danish law.
Product descriptions and user manuals are included with deliveries from DANSK BAANDTRYK. Additional advice provided by Dansk Baandtryk is advisory only.
Terms of Sale & Delivery
Customers
All businesses with a CVR number are welcome to purchase from Dansk Baandtryk.
By making a purchase, you accept these terms. Your selection of the checkbox “I have read and accept Dansk Baandtryk’s terms” constitutes an agreement between you and Dansk Baandtryk, binding both parties.
These terms apply unless another written agreement exists between the buyer and Dansk Baandtryk.
Ordering and Confirmation
Products can be found in the menu or via the search function. Prices are exclusive of VAT and valid within Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
All orders are placed via the Internet. Questions regarding products or orders can be directed to info@danskbaandtryk.dk or +45 24 24 59 62. Contracts are only entered in Danish, German, or English.
To order, click “Buy”. Items are added to your Cart, where quantities can be adjusted or removed. Click “Order” to proceed and provide customer details, select payment method, and confirm the order. Once you click “Confirm Order”, the order is binding.
An itemized invoice will be shown, including all prices and fees.
If changes are needed before confirming, return to the Cart and update your order.
Order Confirmation by Email
After confirming, you will receive an email order confirmation, which also serves as a receipt. It typically includes:

Delivery – Where, How, and When
We deliver goods across Denmark. Delivery is considered completed when the consumer has received the product. Typical delivery times: 3–21 days, depending on stock. Delays due to backorders, holidays, or sold-out items may occur. Contact us for delivery updates.
We use GLS for shipping.
Delivery costs are visible before confirming your order.
Risk of Goods
Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery. Any damages during transport must be reported to GLS upon receipt.
Privacy and Data Security
Personal Data – Registration and Processing
By entering your data, you consent to Dansk Baandtryk processing your personal data.
Required data: Name, address, postal code, city, phone number, email
Optional data: Company, country, fax, and notes
Purpose: Data is used to process orders and contact customers as needed.
Your data is treated confidentially and is only accessible to trusted employees. Data is retained to comply with accounting laws, typically 5 years from the purchase date.
